Delivery and Return
The goods will be delivered only while the stocks are available.
The dispatch takes place with a parcel service of your choice, DHL / GLS (special
forms of dispatch such as express, bulky goods etc. are billed separately.) For each
dispatch, the freight costs incurred per package and depending on the weight, are
calculated as client costs, see the exact shipping costs per package here.
Orders are processed by us immediately, so that shipments leave our house, under
normal circumstances, after receipt of payment with the payment terms of prepayment,
on the same day (for orders up to 10 a.m.) or the next day (this information is non-
binding).
A complain can be made in case of production failure or incorrect delivery,
if you inform us in advance with a complain form. After our confirmation, the defect or
incorrectly delivered goods can be returned in new and original packaging, within
30 days after receipt of the goods in a postage paid package with the request for credit.
Complains about items that were obviously displayed on a sales stand or are used can't be
accepted.
In case of a complain due to production failure confirmed by us or
incorrect delivery, the return costs will be borne by us. You will receive a prepaid
return label from us.
